To provide AI image generation services, users may submit text prompts and upload images, including images that may contain people or faces.
This information is processed solely to generate AI-created content requested by the user and to maintain the functionality, security, and reliability of the service.
Our app uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect certain information, including device information, approximate location, and usage data, in accordance with Google's privacy practices.

Our app offers subscription plans that provide access to AI image generation features and related premium functionality.
Payments are securely processed through Apple or Google payment systems. We do not store payment card information.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through the App from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
We are committed to protecting children's privacy and complying with applicable privacy laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children except as necessary to provide the services requested by users.
Because the App does not respond differently to browser-based "Do Not Track" signals, such signals may not affect the operation of the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated versions will be made available through the App or our website.
When you use the AI image generation features of the App, you may provide text prompts and upload images, including images that may contain people or faces.
Uploaded images and prompts are used solely to generate AI-created images requested by the user.
We do not use uploaded images or faces for facial recognition, biometric identification, user profiling, advertising, or tracking.
Photos uploaded by users may contain human faces.
The App does not perform facial recognition, facial verification, facial authentication, or create biometric templates.
Any face data contained in uploaded images is processed only for the purpose of generating the AI image requested by the user.
"To provide AI image generation functionality, uploaded images and text prompts are securely transmitted via API to Replicate, Inc. ("Replicate"), a third-party AI infrastructure provider, solely for the purpose of generating the requested image. Replicate automatically deletes input data (including uploaded images), output files, and associated logs within approximately one hour of processing, by default. Replicate does not use this data for any purpose other than providing the requested image-generation service. For more information, please refer to Replicate's Privacy Policy."
"Uploaded images are transmitted to our third-party AI provider, Replicate, for processing and are automatically deleted by Replicate within approximately one hour, by default. We do not separately store uploaded images on our own servers. Generated output images are stored on our AWS servers and retained until the user deletes them from the App. Any face data that may appear within an uploaded image is therefore retained only for this brief processing window and is not stored long-term in identifiable form."
Before an image is transmitted for AI processing, users are informed that their image and prompt will be sent to an AI service provider and must provide consent before processing occurs.
