The App does not use uploaded images for facial recognition, biometric identification, advertising, or user profiling.

Network Data Usage and Battery Usage:The App may use network data and can affect battery consumption depending on your device's settings and usage patterns. Please be aware that we are not responsible for data charges or battery usage incurred while using the app.

Users may generate custom images through the app. You are responsible for ensuring that any generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
Uploaded images may contain human faces. The App does not perform facial recognition, facial identification, biometric authentication, or create biometric templates.
Any faces appearing in uploaded images are processed only for generating the AI image requested by the user.

This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
